On March 7th and 8th, 2019, the heads of various departments, branches, subsidiaries and business units of Dadi Engineering Development (Group) Co., Ltd. gathered together to hold the annual work summary meeting of the Group Company in Langfang City. The meeting was an important work summary meeting and work deployment meeting  after a two-year integration and operation in accordance with the modern corporate legal person governance structure.

The meeting was chaired by ZHOU Shaolei, the President of the Group Company. Twelve units of the Group Company reported on their respective business operations in 2018. The work summaries of each unit are rich and detailed, and reports were made on production, operation, sales, personnel, finance, scientific and technological innovation, safety management, existing problems, work objectives and work plans for 2019.

Mr. Zhou made a work report on behalf of the Group Company. The report sorted out the information about the marketing, production, finance and personnel data of each unit in 2018, analyzed the scientific and technological innovation, safety management, development and implementation of the strategy of each unit, put forward new requirements; explained the economic indicators of each unit in 2018; and summarized the information about the corporate governance system, listing promotion work, consolidated financial statements, information construction, unified performance evaluation, and technological innovation in 2018, and the problems and difficulties of each unit were also pointed out. In the work deployment of 2019, the new annual work target of the Group Company was put forward. It was deployed to continue deepening the construction of the corporate governance system of the Group, focusing on listing, strengthening market sales, formulating innovative management regulations for technology and business models, specific tasks of financial management, strengthening production management and human resources management, etc. to maintain the sustained growth of the economic indicators of the Group Company. Finally, Mr. Zhou pointed out that energy-saving and environmental protection, green mines and equipment manufacturing sectors were technologically advanced and had a high market share. These sectors should continue to develop steadily. Mr. Zhou emphasized that  underground coal mining design, open-cut coal mine design, EPC project of coal preparation plant and coal preparation plant trusted operation should continue to participate in market competition, and it is needed to innovate design, promote proprietary technology and highlight our strengths. It is necessary to increase investment and strive for more achievements in technological innovations such as mine intellectualization, mine land reclamation and so on.

WANG Dongping, director of the group company, affirmed the achievements of all units in 2018 and gave guidance on existing problems and difficulties. It is hoped that the Group Company will perform various management functions, and each unit will give full play to the Group’s collective advantages, complete the 2019 work goals and work plans, and achieve new victories.

XIE Meihua, Chairman of the Group Company, shared with all participants the report of “Build to Last, Hundred Years of Prosperity”, expounded the general idea of the development of the Group Company, expounded the purpose of the listing of the Group Company, clarified the basic conditions and work plan of the listing, and deployed in detail the key points of the listing work and business strategy, analyzed the situation of the listing work.

During the meeting, the Group Finance Director also made a report on the “Group Finance System Construction Planning”. Meiteng Company gave a speech on “The Outlook of Meiteng Technology and Dadi Group” .

During the discussion session of the conference, the participants reported their own business characteristics, development potential and bottlenecks, and exchanged viewpoints and experiences. They agreed that Dadi Group is full of vitality, has a sustainable development of the traditional industry chain and a new business sector, and has continuous enthusiasm for technological innovation and management innovation, with ever-increasing awareness of intellectual property protection and award declaration, the future of the earth will be even better!

The meeting summarized the work of the Group Company in 2018, promoting the sharing of advanced experience among various units and making full use of each others’ strengths, improving the corporate governance level of the Group Company, and defining the work objectives and work plans for 2019. It is believed that with the joint efforts of all units of the Group Company, Dadi Engineering Development Group will be able to develop steadily and compose a new chapter!
