On January 16, 2019, the “Accelerating Butterfly Change -- Creative Thinking 2019” New Year Symposium, co-organized by Dadi Engineering Development (Group) Co., Ltd. and sponsored by Tacter Consulting Company, was held in Dadi Group. 21 survey, design and consulting companies and more than 30 guests from coal, metallurgy, electric power, water conservancy, railway, construction, planning, environmental protection, radio, film and television, mobile communications and other fields, participated the symposium.

With the theme of “Accelerating Butterfly Change”, the New Year Symposium has set up a platform for survey, design and consulting companies to share their experiences in strategic positioning, management decision-making, reform and exploration, and has played a bridge role in strengthening exchanges and liaison among various companies.

        At the symposium, ZHU Boshan, General Manager of Tacter Consulting Company, reported on the topic of “Review and Prospect of the Development of Engineering Survey and Design Industry”. The guests of the symposium made enthusiastic speeches and dialogues  from the perspectives of the status quo, sustainable development, confusion and doubts, reform and exploration of their respective companies. XIE Meihua, Chairman of Dadi Group, made a report on “Build to Last, Hundred Years of Prosperity”, introducing the basic situation of Dadi Group, and elaborating in depth about Dadi Group in terms of management, business strategy, functional strategy, future prospects, problems and challenges.

      Participants at the meeting agreed that in the current complex external environment and the background of adjustment and change, survey, design and consulting companies should recognize the trend, gain an insight into the circumstances, seize opportunities, build confidence, seek survival and promote development, respond to changes with rapid execution and action, and vigorously promote the realization of enterprise strategic vision.
