The washing process uses jigging, heavy medium shallow groove, heavy medium cyclone, spiral separation, slurry pressure and pressure filter recovery. The main equipment are imported, and the main plant adopts modular design. It is a classic work of super large power coal preparation plant.

Located in Jungar Banner of Inner Mongolia, it is affiliated to Shenhua Group Zhungeer Energy Co., Ltd. with a capacity of 30.0Mt/a thermal coal. The washing process uses heavy medium shallow groove and coal slime filtration recovery. The technology is simple and practical, the main plant adopts the steel frame ladder layout, and product tank storage. It is a typical project of the auxiliary coal preparation plant of the super large open pit coal mine.

The washing process adopts movable sieve jigger, primary and second heavy medium cyclone, TBS and flotation column. The main plant adopts modular design. It is representative work of a large-scale group coal mines coking coal preparation plant.

Located in Changzi County, Shanxi Province, it is affiliated to Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group, with a  capacity of 10.0Mt/a anthracite. The washing process uses heavy medium shallow groove, heavy medium cyclone, spiral, TCS separation, slime pressure filtration, drying and recovery. The main plant adopts modular design, and the process is flexible. It is the representative work of large anthracite coal preparation plant.

Located in Erdos City, Inner Mongolia, it is affiliated to Huainan Mining Group with a capacity of 10.0Mt/a thermal coal. The washing process uses heavy medium shallow groove, heavy medium cyclone, slurry sedimentation and pressure filtration recovery. It is the first newly-built large-scale thermal coal preparation plant in China that directly adopts the deep screening washing process, which has important practical significance.
